You will need 1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk, 2 to 3 pitted large Medjool dates, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, dash of cinnamon, a cup of frozen organic kale, 2 tablespoons of hulled hemp seed, 1 large frozen banana, a tablespoon of avocado to thicken the smoothie, and ice if you desire.
