You will need a cup of white sugar, ½ teaspoon of vitamin E oil, 15 drops of lavender essential oil, ½ cup of almond oil, and a teaspoon of real vanilla extract. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl then transfer to a container. Make sure that you seal the lid completely then pop in the fridge. Use as you would your regular scrubs.

Matcha sugar scrub

Tea addicts will love this recipe as it incorporates matcha in it. You will need 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea, ¼ cup of organic safflower oil, 0.25 teaspoon of green tea extract, ½ cup of organic non refined coconut oil, organic sugar refined, and 10 drops of bergamot essential oil. Whip the coconut oil first for one to two minutes until it becomes creamy. Your coconut oil needs to be solid for it to be whipped. Add the oil while you whip. Add the sugar then the matcha while making sure that they are incorporated properly. The essential oils should be added last. Transfer to jars and store in the fridge. You can use it while you are in the shower or after soaking in a warm bath.

Rose sugar scrub

Whip the coconut oil until it turns creamy then add the oil while still whisking. Add the sugar, sage, and blueberries while still mixing. The essential oils should be added last. Mix thoroughly before transferring the contents into a jar.
