Leave the potato on your underarm for about half an hour and allow the skin to absorb the potato juice. Remove the potato and rinse with lukewarm water. Another way you can use this remedy is by grating the potato. Take the grated potato and potato juice and use it as an exfoliating scrub on your underarm. Massage this into the skin for a few minutes and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water and avoid using deodorant the next day. Repeat this every other day for visible results in just 2 to three weeks.

You can use this remedy by slicing the cucumber lightly and placing it on your under arm for about 30 minutes. You can secure the cucumber by keeping your arms tight against your body or laying down. You can also use cucumber by extracting the juice and placing it in a spray can and applying it on your underarm and leaving it to dry. Once it completely dries, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Use the spray in the morning and at night for optimum result. Another way to use this remedy is by extracting the juice and mixing it with turmeric powder and lemon juice. This will create a bleaching and nutrient rich paste for your underarm. Massage the paste on the area you want to lighten and massage it on lightly. Leave the paste on for half an hour and wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy daily to see noticeable results in a week.

Lemon juice tends to dry your skin, so make sure to use moisturizer after using these remedies. You can use a freshly sliced lemon wedge to exfoliate and whiten your underarm. Simply rub the wedge on your skin for a few minutes and leave the juice to dry for about 15 minutes. Once the juice is completely dry, rinse it with lukewarm water. Pat it dry and avoid using deodorant a day after using the remedy. Apply moisturizer on your underarm. Another way you can use lemon is to mix lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl and use this to exfoliate and lighten the underarm.
