Sleep Well with Lavender

Relieve Dermatitis or Chapped Skin

Mix a nut oil with several drops of lavender oil. Apply on skin affected with dermatitis or eczema. It will help control breakouts. You can also use lavender for dry or chapped skin. Simply rub the oil on the chapped parts. It can also be used to relieve sunburn.

Stop Motion Sickness

You can also alleviate nausea and motion sickness with this essential oil. Just place a drop of the oil behind your ears, around your navel, or on the edge of your tongue.
