This is perfect for when you take a shower before bed time as your body will feel lighter while the scent can help you drift off to sleep. For this scrub, you will need 1 cup of grape seed oil, 2 tablespoons of dried lavender (optional), 2 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 12 drops of lavender essential oil. Get a medium sized bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Mix them thoroughly. Store the mixture in a jar and make sure that you stir it first before using.
Coconut Salt Scrub. Cracked feet can be a pain when you go to the beach what with the fine sand embedding themselves to the fine lines that crisscross the soles of your feet and heels. To treat this problem fairly quickly, you will need to make a coconut salt scrub. You will need coarse salt, coconut scent, and coconut oil. You can also add vitamin E oil to further nourish and repair your heels. All that you have to do is to combine your coarse salt with the oils using a 2:1 ratio. If you are just going to use one oil for your scrub, just mix a cup of coarse salt with half a cup of oil. Add 3 to 4 drops of your essential oil then mix.
