Consider to be one of the best way to beat fatigue is to exercise, though you may not think so. Exercise is not only good for your health, but it also helps to improve your mood and keeps your weight down.

5. Checking Your E-mails Before Going To Sleep

People who use their laptops or smartphone for work after 9p.m. wake up groggy, according to a study conducted by the University of Florida. Individuals who work outside of their working hours are more likely to experienced all kinds of health issues.
