Ab wheels are great for toning the core area. There has been a lot of tools that promises you better abs, one product that has surely shown results is the ab wheel. It is incredibly cheap and easy to store. This tool can be difficult if you do not have a lot of upper body strength. So, consider that before purchasing one. Start on your knees and place your hands firmly on the ab wheel. Place it in the middle near your body. Extend your hips, not your arms. One you have extended your hips and your arm is horizontal to the ground; extend your arms forward. The tension should be in your lower abdominal muscle not your arm. Now, crunch your abdomen to roll your body back to the starting position. Do not try to push yourself up, this makes you prone to slipping and landing on your face. Repeat these steps for 15 repetitions for 3 sets.

Pull Up Bar

Pull up bars are known to improve the upper body, but mostly the arms. However, this amazing tool is one of the best abdominal sculpting machines. You can place pull up bars in your home, use one in the gym or even use the local monkey bars. Get those six pack ABS by holding on to the bar. Make sure that your hands are shoulder width apart. For beginners, start lifting the one leg up. Keep it straight and lower it, raising the other leg. Continue this for 12 to 15 reps for each leg for 3 sets. For those who are more experienced. Start by bending both of your legs and slightly leaning back. Your back should be parallel to the ground and your knees near your chest. This is considered one rep. Lower your body and go back to the original position. Repeat this for 10 to 12 repetitions for 2 sets.

Roman Chair

You can find a roman chair in your local gym. This item can be a bit bulky and expensive when bough for home use. There are a lot of ab toning exercises you can do in a roman chair. One of the most widely used one is a curl up. Place your hands on the pad and grasp the bars firmly. Lay your back on the back rest. Start by curling your legs towards your abdominal. Repeat this for about 20 repetitions for 3 sets. Another ab exercise is the floating leg kicks. Lift your both of your legs and place them forward. They should be parallel to the ground. Start the exercise by doing small kicks with both of your legs. If you feel too tired lower your legs. Repeat this for 15 counts.
