Skin Cancer

Basal cell carcinoma appears like slightly inflamed and waxy pink bumps. Actinic keratosis is seen in areas that are prone to sun exposure. It appears like pink or red patches of rough skin. Squamous cell carcinoma also typically appears on areas prone to sun exposure. This looks like scaly, rough and red lesions. They are more likely to appear in the neck, lips and hands.

Corns and Calluses

This skin disorder is due to constant friction and pressure. This mostly appears on the feet or hands. Calluses and corns may appear like small, circles of thick skin. You can reduce this with moisturizer and exfoliating.

Acne

Acne is a common skin disorder that affects a lot of people. However, a lot of people cannot properly different acne from other skin disorders. Acne can appear in different ways. One of the most common one appears like pus filled and painful infection under the skin, these are called cysts. Peoples are a form of acne that appear like small raised and red bumps that affects the hair follicles. Nodules appear like solid lumps under the skin that are usually solid. Pustules appear like small red pimples that have little pus on the tips.

Cold Sores

This is a common skin disorder. It tends to be sore and tender to the touch. This red and fluid filled blister appears in the mouth. This can cause a lot of discomfort to the user. There are different remedies that can help reduce the irritation of cold sores, though the best way is to get it properly diagnosed and use cold sore medication. Cold sores tend to be felt before it appears on the lips. It will tend to burn or tingle. Once you feel this, get some preventive remedies.

Cutaneous Candidiasis

This skin irritation usually appears in areas that have skin folds, such as the armpits, under boob between the fingers and toes and inner thighs. This can appear either red or white. If left untreated the skin will start to crack and lead to sore skin with blisters and pustules. This is often caused by poor hygiene, warm weather, tight clothing, diabetes, pregnancy and other medical condition. You can cure by keeping the area clean and dry. Use powder or antifungal to prevent it from getting worse.

Dermatomyositis

This skin disorder appears violet or red. It is a rash that can be seen in the chest, nails, elbows, and face. This can cause muscle weakness in the neck, hips and arms. This is common between our adolescent age to 40 and 60. The exact cause of this is the unknowns. However, it can be compared to an autoimmune disease that attacks the antibodies. Other symptoms are problems swallowing, fatigue, unintentional weight loss and lung problems. There is no exact treatment for this condition, but medication can alleviate the symptoms.

The importance of proper skin care and skin health is very high in our society. Healthy and glowing skin looks good and appealing. This is one of the highest standards of beauty.
