Lavender essential oil
Diffusing some lavender essential oil in your room can help you feel calm and relaxed which can ease up the symptoms of morning sickness. You can even add a few drops of this essential oil on your pillow, so you will be able to inhale its relaxing scent as you lie in bed.
Exercise
Exercising may be the last thing in your mind right now, but it does help reduce the effects of morning sickness. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you should do extreme workouts, as this will only contribute to your feeling nauseas, but light workouts such as walking or swimming, can release those feel good hormones in your body which can counteract your morning sickness.
