You’re probably wondering if using a toner is a good addition to your skincare routine. As a matter of fact, it does help but you need to take into consideration the type of skin that you have. Toners, on the other hand, can help remove any makeup particles that remain on your skin after removing it. It can also remove any oily residue too. As a matter of fact, it has a two-fold effect which means it can function as balancing your skin pH levels and can even do a cleanse too. The good news is that you can make your own too. If you have sensitive skin and would like to make your own toner, you only need two things and these are hot filtered water and half a cup of dried rose buds. All that you have to do is to pour the water on the rose buds and allow it to steep for 1 to 2 hours at least. Strain the mixture first so that you will be able to remove the rose buds. The rose water, on the other hand, can help soothe your irritated skin. You can store this solution in the fridge. It will keep for a week.
