Strain the tea then pour the solution to a bottle or a container. Apply this solution to either dry or wet hair. Just leave it on for 5 to 15 minutes. Massage it for a few minutes after application. Rinse with cold water.

Green tea and apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is also a useful ingredient to add to your hair tea rinse as its acetic nature can help remove product buildup. Again, you will need 2 cups of water, ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of green tea, and your choice of essential oils but this is optional. First, you will need to brew some green tea using 2 teabags. Once it has cooled, add the 2 cups of water and the ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. Mix all of these together before transferring to a spray bottle then shake. You can use it as a rinse or just spray on your hair and comb afterwards. Leave it on for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly using shampoo and conditioner.

The best thing about these rinses is that they are relatively safe to use and will not add more chemicals or toxins on your scalp and hair that can cause further damage.
