You will need to prepare ¼ cup of coconut oil, ¼ cup of apricot, 1 cup of raw sugar, ¼ cup of coconut butter, ¼ cup of shea butter, and 1 ripe mashed banana. Put all the ingredients except the cup of raw sugar in a blender and blend. Add the sugar slowly then blend until you reach the desired consistency. Massage the mixture all over your body while in the shower and rinse afterwards.
  • Brown sugar and vanilla scrub. Here is a body scrub recipe is just like when you’re in the spa. The brown sugar can help exfoliate your skin while the vanilla will leave you smelling nice. For this recipe, you will need to prepare ¼ cup of white sugar, 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil, ¼ cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon of raw sugar, and 1 ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla bean. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until they are mixed thoroughly. Apply all over your body in a circular motion to help remove all dead skin cells as much as possible.
